It was nice up until the final round, where the AVP sounded a bit hellbent on making me twist my words to the point where it became obvious. Otherwise, a very nice HR culture as an outsider. TL also was very supportive and gave nice feedback within the interview

Question 1
What made you apply to Third Bridge instead of other companies?
3 rounds in total. Interviewers and HR are helpful. There's gonna be a job shadowing at round 2 to assess how you deal with cold call, rejections, etc. The role is heavily client-facing and cold calling/reaching out to expert.
easy case study in depth to make sure you are knowledge and can speak to things. Also included you to do a pitch as if you were talking to your client and selling a expert to them.
In the technical round with Third Bridge, I was given a case that tested how I would approach sourcing experts for a client. The task was to identify three relevant profiles on LinkedIn and clearly explain why each person would be a strong fit for the project.
