Interview
The interview took around 2 weeks and the recruiter followed up after each steps and was really kind 3 stage interview process - Phone interview screening, competency check and situation-based questions, lasted around 40 minutes, used mostly STAR technique answers - Case study interview, involved a 20 minutes case study of what a connection associate would face on a daily basis, then a 20 minutes mock call presentation, then some situation-based questions for around 40 minutes, then some housekeeping questions and opportunity for you to ask questions - Final interview, 15 minutes interview with VP, basically clearing up any questions you have about the role and asked how the interview process was Was called 3 hours after the final interview that I got the offer, overall the interview process was one of the most insightful and friendly interview I had, recruiter would always be there to answer your questions before your interview and the interviewer will also guide you throughout the interview and give constructive feedback.

Case Study, find 5 candidates that suits the client's proposal
They will select your resume and after that their is virtual interview round and they will ask you some normal behavioural questions. Read the job description thoroughly and be prepared with the basic terms.
Strange... I ended up not following through with the second interview because I felt like the job had been completely misrepresented on the posting. The hiring manager was very nice but could not answer any of my questions about the company or benefits.

It was very casual conversation. Did not go in depth. Hardly 10mins talk. Was very professional, HR conducted it. Behavioural types Q n A. Really wanted to know the results from the answers.
