Send CV to London office and got forwarded to SH office directly. HR was nice and accessible, first telephone interview, then arranged a Skype interview with two managers. I felt that the company atmosphere was nice and flexible. I was due to have the final stage interview with their CEO but I got another offer then.

Question 1
Nothing quite unexpected. They asked me about a scenario that if a telephone company wants to set up a branch in China, what sorts of factors need to be considered.
Less than 30 mins, standard questions, 3 more rounds of interviews, interviewer was emotionless but nice. Got back to me in a week after I applied. First interview is with manager, second is with hiring manager, not sure about third and fourth.

HR interview:
Interviewer has really has good interview skills, both professional and welcoming, helping me feel less nervous, showing respect for the candidate. The questions are quite standard, after the interview, the interviewer will schedule a date to return the results within 2-3 working days and clearly explain the next steps.
