Interview
The first interview was a telephone interview with someone from their recruitment offices which lasted about 40 minutes. It was a competency based interview and the women on the phone seemed to be follow a script of questions pretty closely. I felt that she was hardly listening to me and wasn't very engaged.

the whole process was less than 30 mins. The interview was not as hard as i expected , the interviewer asked some normal behavioral questions, and talked about the role and the company

Less than 30 mins, standard questions, 3 more rounds of interviews, interviewer was emotionless but nice. Got back to me in a week after I applied. First interview is with manager, second is with hiring manager, not sure about third and fourth.
