The interview process at Third Bridge is well structured, though relatively long, taking around 3–4 months from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent.
The process began with HR screenings and progressed to multiple interview stages, including a couple of case study interviews with management. The interviews were clear and straightforward, providing a strong insight into the role, expectations, and company culture.
Interviewers were professional, supportive, and well prepared, making the experience engaging rather than intimidating. Overall, the process felt thorough and reflective of the actual role.

generally chill interview with a fair amount of interview questions. The interviewers and the HR were very nice and engaging, and the interview felt like a smooth conversation. Overall really enjoyed the process and the people seemed very welcoming.
The interview process at third bridge for the client services associate opening when I interviewed back in 2025 was straightforward and easier than expected. They basically want to ensure you understand what they do at a high level and how it helps their clients.
