The interview process consisted of an introductory phone call, a second round interview that last about 2 hours that consisted of behavioral questions, a case study style interview, and a mock call, and then a final round interview.

Question 1
They asked me to describe a time when I received criticism or negative feedback and how I handled that/how I responded to it.
3 rounds in total. Interviewers and HR are helpful. There's gonna be a job shadowing at round 2 to assess how you deal with cold call, rejections, etc. The role is heavily client-facing and cold calling/reaching out to expert.
easy case study in depth to make sure you are knowledge and can speak to things. Also included you to do a pitch as if you were talking to your client and selling a expert to them.
In the technical round with Third Bridge, I was given a case that tested how I would approach sourcing experts for a client. The task was to identify three relevant profiles on LinkedIn and clearly explain why each person would be a strong fit for the project.
