The Home Depot interview questions

Simple background questions regarding past experiences and how to apply that knowledge base to situations that may arise in day to day tasks as a customer facing employee. Interviewer was polite and professional throughout the process.

It was an in-person interview held at the store. The interview was relaxed and friendly. The manager asked about my previous customer service experience, how I handle busy hours, and my ability to lead a team at the front end. They also asked situational questions to see how I would respond to customer concerns or team issues. The whole process was clear, professional, and supportive.
