I applied online. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Standard interview process began with recruiter call to assess background and experience.
Proceeded to first round panel interview which was technical and focused on skills necessary for the role. Including but not limited to incident handling, networking, automation, data manipulation, data handling, & architecture. Asked various specifics on previous experiences and implementations.
The final round was with management team where background was assessed further, was nice to see faces in this round. The first round was dry and emotionless.
Overall experience was ok although I was ghosted and not provided with an answer of whether the role was filled or not. Left a sour taste and I’ve marked off my list as a potential future employer. Completely unprofessional.

One call and then one behavioral and case. Took about three weeks from start to finish really nice people and straightforward. Had a few days to make a deicision too because it was in november and it was an easy decision. The case wasn't hard i didnt even prepare for it
