I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Home Depot
Interview
The interview process was three stages. It was conducted as a usual UI/UX design process would go. First there was a behavioral call, then a more formal interview on the design process, and finally there was an overview of your portfolio as the final interview. I would recommend having slides in a addition to your portfolio for this.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Kinda easy simple question . Especially if you already have experience. Got the offer right there and love to hear you have open schedule.
They also work with you if you go to school
The process is pretty standard, just be sure to have answers prepared in regards to working in teams, and dealing with customers. If you've worked a retail position before answers to most questions should come to mind easily, but prepare to avoid anxiety and tripping up.
