Interview
I had a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. It was pretty simple & the human resources manager was very friendly. She invited me in for a face to face interview that next Wednesday morning. The interview was myself & two other candidates. First we took a typing evaluation which consisted of us listening to a phone call & documenting important parts of the conversation. It was pretty simple. Then we were brought in a waiting area and 3 interviewers came and took each of us to a private conference room where I was asked about 6 questions. They were behavioral interview questions. It is now Saturday and I am hoping to hear something from them next week. The training class starts July 9th.

One on one interview--asked about my previous experience, how I would handle different situations like difficult customers, what I would say to a customer if store was out of stock or didn't have an item, what I felt my most important attribute I could bring to this position. Mostly questions dealt w how I would handle different proposed situations
