They've given customer service questions which were self explanatory, questions like what would you do in this scenario. They write it on their check boards about what you told them about what you would do in this given scenario.

What would you do if a customer complained about one of your coworkers.
just a conversation with the HR team, asked the basic questions and nothing to stressful. they made the process very easy and the interview was actually truely with only one single person
5 minutes not even an interview just acceptance. I walked in and they said when can you start and if I can submit to a drug test and background check I said yes and left.

Interview
The interview process was a friendly and professional experience overall. The managers are nice and accommodating to students at least at this location as I was a current student at Oregon state university and needed to work around a college schedule.
