This was my first ever job interview. I heard that Home Depot was hiring some employees for Spring, and I applied immediately. I received a phone call a week after I applied, and went through an initial phone interview process. I then scheduled my interview for 3 days later, the 1:1 interview was very casual and rather easy, consisted of simple customer interaction questions. I then took a drug test 3 days later, and followed up after a week. FOLLOW UP, they called me back almost immediately after I followed up with the manager and asked me to come in and begin the hiring process (tomorrow)! My limited interaction with the employees has been great! They were all very kind, helpful, and just happy; hope that all keeps up!

The company confirmed the interview date and time both by email and by phone. Interviewed by department supervisor. Reviewed the open positions and was asked a series of standardized questions. The supervisor was polite and professional at all times. Interview went very smoothly. I was asked what questions I may have prior to completing the interview.
