Applied through stagiipebune.ro and got a call after about two weeks to take an online coding challenge which was easy (2hrs time but you could easily finish it in about 45 minutes) and then got asked after about another week for an on-site interview.

Question 1
The interview consisted of a short introduction in front of the other candidates followed by a common coding challenge that was to be solved in a team of 5 people. There were 3 teams in total and the candidates who made the best impression in terms of teamwork and coding knowledge got the job (regardless of who was actually in the team that solved the problem first)

30 minutes, online, with team lead, technical (about .Net). Introductions, technical questions, questions of the interviewee to the interviewer, etc. Not too hard, since entry level position. Compensation not discussed
Really quick interview process starting with easy, basic programming questions and increasing the difficulty to see how I understand the problem. I will say the process was not that difficult with questions about operating systems, pointers, memory allocation for a job on embedded systems
