I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Thales in Aug 2018
Interview
Not great experience as HR clearly do not communicate with each other and emailed me twice asking i was attending the interview.
Telephone interview was ok just general questions. Second round was ok, I had to give a presentation. The questions were a bit corporate but pleasant enough.
Didn’t hear anything for 2 months, job was advertised again
and that’s how I found out the outcome of the 2nd round!
Emailed HR pointing out that it wasn’t particularly respectful to do this. No response and decided if that’s how I was treated at interview then do I want to work for this company anyway?
Had they responded, citing an over sight etc, I probably wouldn’t of bothered with Glassdoor but clearly this is how they operate any way and people should be aware before putting time and effort into interviews.
A dysfunctional process along with a lack of respect and courtesy sums up the experience. Never again will I bother with them.

Question 1
Who was the person with the money from a sales experience? Draw it on the board
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Thales
Interview
Very standard interview with the head of Sales. Not difficult. We basically talked about my past experience and why I was interested in the company. The interviewer was very nice. It was a phone interview overseas so it was a bit difficult to hear and understand but overall it went well.
