Thales Intermediate Software Analyst interview questions

Overall, Interview Process was really good and with great pace. I applied for two position Software Analyst and Intermediate Software Analyst. Here was the process 1. Recruiter called me and inform that they would like to proceed further with Intermediate Software Analyst position and schedule phone interview 2. Phone interview with Hiring Manager and one of the senior developer (went through couple of coding questions on the share screen). Time ~30-45 Minutes 3. On-site Interview which was around 2 hours, consisted of couple of behavior questions, coding challenge, design questions ( many follow up questions on why this, why that?) 4. Got a call from recruiter stating I am selected ** Declined Offer due to compensation, another company offer me higher compensation
