The first interview was online through teams with a recruiter. She kept it reasonably short (30 mins) and explained that there would be a second in person interview if I was chosen to go forward. She kept in contact and informed me when they went with an internal candidate. She also asked if I wanted to be considered if other positions became available, which I did. And it did come up and I’m scheduled for an inperson interview today.

Using a specific situation out of work what was a difficult situation I found myself in and how did I resolve it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texcan (Surrey, BC) in Nov 2017
Interview
Overall great experience. My interview was with my current manager, as well as a representative from HR. I completed a personality test in advance, which we were able to discuss in person during the interview.
Everyone was very positive and laidback, providing lots of transparency around anything I wanted to know. We did go through a series of prepared questions and my responses were noted. This was not a stressful interview, but more of a relaxed conversation.
Further communication was handled through the recruiting firm until I accepted their offer.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Texcan (Delta, BC) in Sep 2012
Interview
Phone call to scree then meet with HR and hiring manager.
About two interviews before final decision then reference check.
Very simple hiring process. If HR likes you they will pass you on to the hiring manager to interview you.
