Tesla Productions Associate interview questions

Interview was smooth and I was told I was offered the job , however till date no one has responded to me since then . They don't even say when I would tentatively begin working . They don't even respond to any emails and the least they can do is update us about the contract . I am still waiting for the job contract and there has been no response ever since . I had said no to another offer from another company that was ready to send me the contract for Tesla and now Tesla doesn't respond. Tesla should be more professional and care for its employees . The HR process is very slow
