Interview is very easy if you can express yourself why you really want the job. The process of one on one interview is very easy, just be yourself and show them that its the right job for you and your the right employee their looking for.

We were interviewed 1:1 . My interviewee was very nice. I told him i was feeling so nervous and he tried to calm me down lol.
