Remote with outside the company persons as there were many employees were required to start as soon as possible. I was looking extremely early after the great COVID 19 at home over a year.

Great, the process was quick and easy. First with recruiter then onsite group interview, 4 people with a hiring manager. Questions were mainly about yourselves. Understand Tesla's mission is a brownie point.
The interview Process was not all that difficult. It was pretty straightforward and easy. My interview was over the phone since it was barely post COVID. It wasn't as nerve wrecking as it would have been if it were in person
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Fremont, CA)
Interview
Applied though website, Emailed with availability for phone interview. Phone call went well. Emailed again for onsite interview. Interviewed with production manager. Interview was short yet to the point. Emailed to set up drug screen and physical. Once both of those were submitted I was given instructions on when and where to report for training and day 1 of work.
