Group interview, they look at confidence and team work and also ask you to share a time where you performed well in a team and showed leadership. Other than this and few basic questions, very straightforward.

Tell us about a time you showed good team work and what happened?
Brilliant very professional and slick from the start. Phone then FaceTime to face , found it very soon after I had been successful. Everyone made me feel at ease. Manager seemed really happy to work there which helped me.
