Interview
Really easy, It was 1 on 1, only lasted about 15 mins. I found out i was successful a week after interview, the longest part was waiting for my induction. I waited about 3 weeks before getting a date.
A straightforward interview. I was asked about a time I went above and beyond for a customer, and a time when I was able to demonstrate empathy. It probably lasted under fifteen minutes.

Interview
Quick and easy interview process. They asked a few questions from a form. Was interviewed at the same time as someone else which was a bit weird. Was more like a chat to be honest and then was phoned quickly after the interview.
A bit overkill for the job. 2 managers interviewed in person. Several competence based questions. "Describe a time where you overcame difficulty" etc. I was offered a place by phone a few days later.
