Interview
For most of the time they were just showing us around the warehouse and what type of work we were going to be doing. Made us feel very comfortable. Interview lasted around 20 mins and interview was done in a group. Only 4 questions asked in the interview. Very basic maths test - simple multiplication questions. Very basic English test - read a paragraph.

Simple questions about background and shifts I’d be able to work. If I’d ever done this type of work before. It was a short interview process that took about 30 minutes

It was very easy and all you really have to be is confident.They ask questions then show you around the place to get an understanding of how it will feel like.

The interview process was seamless, professional, and well-structured, with clear communication, respectful interaction, and supportive atmosphere, making the entire experience smooth, efficient, and encouraging for both candidate and interviewer. Not stress at all.
