Interview
Straight forward interview where they ask situational based questions to gauge if you are fitted to a retail/customer service environment. Also they will take you down to the shop floor to have a brief interaction with customers to see how your interpersonal skills hold up.

Explain a situation where you had to take the lead.
Brilliant very professional and slick from the start. Phone then FaceTime to face , found it very soon after I had been successful. Everyone made me feel at ease. Manager seemed really happy to work there which helped me.
