Quick, online application, questions were largely scenario based with multiple choice answers. Most were common sense, remembering that Tesco is very big on customer service. Interview followed promptly and was told the following week I had successfully obtained the position.

Group interview after i filled out an application. The interview was a couple of hours with a variety of tasks and introductions to department heads. They asked me when i could work at the end and said ok see you then.

Didn’t have to wait to hear back, was employed on the spot after the interview & set up first shift dates - very efficient.
