Applied online. It was a interview with two other people. It lasted about one hour. We did not have to do the group exercise as not many people turned up. The whole process lasted two weeks.

Question 1
What did you do which went above and beyond for a customer?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
