Really easy and quick, had researched the company before hand, but the manager told me everything about the company anyway. Really easy interview questions. i made and online account, which was a lengthy process with all my personal details, skills and attributes. i then applied for the job role on the website and then got a phone call and my one to one interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you used great customer service skills?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
