Group interview by two managers . It was about 12 of us. Dress code was informal. Many students. We were asked various questions but anybody could answer them. No pressure to answer. It was for temporary Xmas recruitment drive so there was a sense of urgency and not much elaboration. I was called by phone to attend interview next day which was a bit rush.

Question 1
What would you do if you have a difficult customer?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
