Interviewed at Tesco Daventry a couple of time. Interview was straightforward and easy. however got disappointed even after being available for the time they expected. No feedback is given even after asking for feedback for improvements.

The interview was an enjoyable experience and not too difficult, definitely helps to draw on past experiences as this is what the questions are centred around. I found the interview to be quite relaxed and chilled as well, the interviewer was also really friendly and easy to get along with.

Pleasant, 15 mins, very casual. Interviewer was previously a colleague for 7 years and was promoted to shift manager. He took me upstairs to their ramshackle training room. I was called the next day with an offer and had my induction two days later.
