A relatively comprehensive interview largely scored off of the STAR interview technique, key questions include experience working in a team setting, a time when a personal relationship was developed with a customer, customer service scenario based questions.

Question 1
Describe a time when you built a rapport and made a customers shopping experience memorable?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
