The interview went really well — I felt confident and prepared from the start. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to, which helped me relax and be myself. I answered the questions clearly, gave strong examples of my experience, and felt like my skills genuinely matched what they were looking for. We had a good back-and-forth conversation that felt natural rather than forced. By the end, the interviewer seemed impressed and even hinted that I’d be a great fit for the team. I left feeling positive, proud of how I handled it, and excited about the opportunity.
Easy - just wanted to know if I had any customer service experience. Was offered the job in 2 weeks and started the week after.quick process and nice friendly company
It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
