Use of the STAR method is preferred, usually you will be asked about times you previously worked as part of a team or used your own initiative. Pretty straight forward and easy enough to answer if you are prepared and stick to STAR.

Applied online then completed an online multiple choice test, and then a week later I had an in person interview with the store manager. Overall a quick and simple process.

Tell us about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer
The interview was with one individual and thus it was a more chilled environment than other interviews. It also consisted of only one stage rather than multiple interviews with different individuals across the shop.
The interview was engaging and welcoming, with thoughtful questions and a friendly atmosphere. I felt valued and happy, leaving confident about the role and excited for the job ahead. I would recommend the experience to anyone.
