It was a process of about 30 min, the store manager had a guide or questionnaire of several pages, I was doing all the questions of the questionnaire and pointed the answers.

What would you do if a customer came with a complaint to the store?
Very Poor communication. I Was invited to an interview but he had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The manager then refused to contact me after I had texted him and emailed him to try to reschedule the interview. Overall I found it very unprofessional.

Beware if you don't have good relationship with the branch manager or one of the staff you have about 10% of succeeding
The thing about the interview is that I am sure if I had someone I know in a tesco branch.I would get the job.I thought tesco is well established supermarket doesn't depend on relationship to employ their staff.
If tesco could not do what did to me is wasting my time and money (transportation) for interview. The first time I walked in the office I know it was useless . Bad energy was there I should listen to my gut which was to walked out and not bother.
