Tesco Customer Assistant interview questions

Group task and approx three questions on basic competencies, eg time you have dealt with change. It was very simple. They then get you to help packing bags to see how you interact with customers.

Quite simple. Met with one staff member who asked pretty basic questions. Once I’d passed that I met the manager I’d be working under. She asked a few questions but it was more I think for her to get a better feel of my personality. She confirmed on the spot I was hired and what hours I’d want.
