Tesco Customer Assistant interview questions

Interview with store manager, asked questions about availabiltiy and hours. Then asked typical retail interview questions, like how you work in a team, a time you’ve overcome a problem. Lasted about 20 minutes all together.

It is a long interview however the staff were lovely and the questions weren't that difficult. You do a 30 minute trial shift which takes up most of the time. Dress work casual and maybe bring a jacket if you go into the freezers on the trial shift.
