Tesco Customee Service Representative interview questions

I applied online through the website. I had a brief telephone interview and was then invited to a face to face interview 2 days later in the afternoon. The interview was pretty standard, I was asked questions about my previous experience in customer service and was asked what I knew about the company

Interviewed by two staff. I was nervous to start with but It was a friendly chat and was made to feel at ease. It wasn't rushed and I wasn't asked anything too difficult.
