Lenient. Got in campus placement, asked to solve an easy coding question in his laptop. Asked basic questions from Java like the new, this, final, static keywords, OOPs concepts. Manager only asked questions like what's your favourite subject, favourite sport, ga e some situation based questions.

The interview process is bit tricky and challenging but overall a good experience. They had questions on Java cpp and sql. Overall a good experience. Had some questions related to degree and hobbies.
