Tata Consultancy Services Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was only two steps remote intervie. The standard requitment process and qestions: they checked some basic knowledge, Windows and O365 troubleshooting, soft skills and the language knowledge. Decision was taken quite fast. Very friendly process.

It lasted for around two hours. It was in 3 parts. First was the technical part, second with their HR and colleagues, and finally with the manager. The interviewers had a nice approach and have not asked too difficult questions.
