Interview
The interview was unusual. The interviewer never turned on her camera, did not introduce herself, and spoke with an accent that made several questions hard to understand. She asked me to introduce myself but gave no reaction at all and immediately moved into technical questions, such as the virtual DOM, React context, different ways to hide an element in CSS, and the types in the expression a = b = 5. At the end she asked me to open a React playground and write a small component using an input and useRef to inspect its value. When I said I had no questions, she abruptly ended the call without any closing remarks. It all felt strangely impersonal and abrupt.
Video Screening followed by the aptitude test.Aptitude is a mid range test.Email response is bit later..and after interview we need to followup many times to see the results..I waited almost 1month

the interview process was smooth experience overall and the process was well explained in the 1st round of interview. the 1st round focused more on the general fit for the job role and the question answer were more focused on the software developement experience and what technical stack was used.
