Target Team Leader interview questions

There are 3-4 interview packets with 3-4 questions in each packet. All questions are situational/behavioral. They're more interested in your behavior and what you did. Make sure that every question asked has a positive outcome.

I enjoyed the interview process! A team leader interviewed me and when they like you they escalate to an executive team leader and if they like you the district team leader contacted me to do phone interview. It was a long interview process for one day but it was all done quickly and efficiently.
