Target Stocker interview questions

Personality assessment done online. Once that was completed received a call from HR for a phone screen. Really just asked availability and timing of when I could start. Had interview with manager next day and offered job immediately.

It was a quick sit down interview where we went over job history, qualifications, problem solving, being a team player, and motivation for wanting that position. Typical entry-level interview stuff.
