It was a standard behavioral prompt meant to gauge teamwork and communication skills. The rest of the questions were similarly general.
It was ok but I personally enjoyed it for the time being there I felt happy and well liked. Yes I did feel that way at the time yes it’s more of a neutral feeling
Easy going, gave time to prepare, great to compose a solid answer. I was able to review the questions and figure out what answer would be best for me. Very solid approach to interviewing

they asked me about a time I dealt with an aggravated customer. I told them about I time I had to deal with someone angry and the steps I took to alleviate their stress because customer service is all about helping people with their problems
