Target Stocker interview questions

the interview process was very organized. different managers asking you simple questions about yourself and how you can benefit the company. They also ask what experience you have with the position that was applied for and availability.

This is like my fourth time interviewing at Target and they always ask the same 4 questions from this paper. So I am always prepared for them. I waited like 30mins watching American Dad in the employee lounge. I was interviewed by this depressed dude. He never smiled or was remotely interested in what I had to say. He really just kept writing down everything I was saying. It was a boring interview. No personal interaction whatsoever. Thats what I don't like about these fill it out interviews. I already knew I wasn't getting it. The next day I got the same copy paste email that denied me.
