Target Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process is with your potential manager. It is one interview session after applying externally. They go over your application and review questions from the application. They do ask scenario based questions. The questions are asking how you dealt or would deal with issues that could arise while working retail.

I had a scheduled interview but the person who was supposed to conduct the interview wasn't there so they brought someone else to do it after a while. They asked some behavioral questions.
