Very easy to get through. Didn't ask a lot of in depth questions. The overall process was very informal. As long as you look presentable and show confidence in yourself you should be fine.

Simple and good experience. Applied online through target website. Few days later was called in for an interview. After interview was offered position. Mandatory introduction day where we went over company mission and signed papers.
