Target Sales Associate interview questions

Pretty neutral. You may be interviewed with up to 3 people. You are asked if you have retail experience and how well you work for the public. They ask you about yourself and background.

Interview process went like this I applied online, called them and told them I applied online and if they were hiring they said yes they were hiring seasonal at the time and told me to come in for interview about two days later. I came in interviewed with two people then got told I was hired on the spot, they did background check and told me they’ll call me in two weeks for orientation , 2-3 weeks later they called and emailed me, I came in for orientation after that was given start date and schedule.
