One on one with hr and proceed to another interview if not they would tell you they would call you and that means you didn’t get the job and would have to try again

Continuously interview with employer but they just won’t hire, super frustrating because why interview with me almost 10 times to not move forward? The interview process used to be in-person but once COVID came it turned into digital interviews, which were very easy.
