Target Sale Associate interview questions

Had a preliminary phone interview then about a week later a one-on-one interview with the human resources manager. We sat in a small room where she asked me about myself first then mostly questions about situations I had been in that involved me to make leadership or ethical decisions in the workplace. It took about 30 minutes before she handed me a packet and started explaining employee benefits and offered me an hourly wage.

There was two interviews. Both of the interviews were somewhat easy and included simple questions. Whole process took about 2-3 weeks followed by an orientation. The interview was set up as if they were already going to hire me either way
