Target Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

2 phone call conversations with developers. Do a case study which is an unpaid approximately 8 hour project. They give a week, but expected it done after 3 days. On-site interview with 3 different 1 on 1s. Throughout the process they seemed very disorganized, often taking weeks to reply or coordinate next steps. So much time wondering what was happening on their end.

Overall very good. Very helpful and user friendly interviewer. Helping while asking question. Asking about assignment test. About over all projects that we accomplished so far. No technology related questions.
