Target Sr. Project Manager interview questions

Very extensive review process. Includes Situation behavior (SBO) based questions by a panel of people and psych evaluations. Example: Tell me about a time when you were working in a group that was having difficulty coming to an agreement. What did you do?” ; another example '“Describe a time when you challenged the way a problem was being solved either by a coworker or supervisor. What led you to challenge the solution?”

I had one in person interview with the hiring manager and a representative from the PMO. We met in person at North Campus. They were both very nice and had the expected questions over the course of the interview.
