The interview was done online through their system. It was super easy and quick — just a few basic situational and personality questions. As long as you’re enthusiastic and friendly, you’ll do great. They really just want to see if you're approachable and good with customers.

They asked how I would handle a situation where a guest is upset about a return policy.
Super easy it consists of a couple of questions and you record yourself answering them. So I would say it was pretty easy I would recommend it. I would also say that they tend to respond very quick to applications but I guess it depends when they are short staff

What would you do if a guest asks help and your working on a timed task what do you do?
It’s an online interview with a set of easy questions and it’s straight forward and easy to answer and doesn’t take too long maybe like 20 minutes and you hear back fast

I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.
